Ability to work well with other people
Meet professional (yet casual) dress and appearance standards
Ability to be on time
Have reliable transportation
Ability to stand on feet for extended period of time / move fast / move up and down
Have a good command of basic math
Bilingual is a plus
Ability to learn simple and proprietary computer POS (point of sale) system
Pass a drug test and/or other verification checks
